From July 15th to 16th, 2022, with the theme of "One Heart and One Virtue, Constant Success", all employees of Ziyu Xincai carried out a two-day and one-night team trip in Hengshan, Nanyue.

1. Carry out the 2022 Mid Year Summary Meeting and Employee Tea Talk Symposium.

At 10:00 a.m. on July 15th, Ziyu Xincai held a mid year work summary meeting for 2022, which was chaired by Executive Vice President Wan Ke. At the meeting, General Manager Shi Aibin summarized the work situation for the first half of the year, and reported on the work plan for the second half of the year. At the same time, he proposed the management concept of "people oriented, human nature, and talent", which should be people-oriented and create a warm "home" culture. Peng Qinghua, the project commander in chief, made a summary speech on the progress of the project in the first half of 2022, and made specific arrangements for the key issues of project progress. At the meeting, Chairman Peng Qi affirmed everyone's work, pointed out key issues in the work, and announced the strategic plan and direction for the company's future development. At the same time, she emphasized that everyone should "sincerely unite and cooperate with each other", give full play to the strength of the team, and strive to achieve the goal of smooth production by the end of the year. 2. Carry out expansion group building activities.

4. Climbing the Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue.

At 5:30 a.m. on July 16th, in order to see the beautiful scenery of Nanyue, everyone gathered and marched towards Zhurong Peak, the top of the mountain. With a strong willpower and determination to reach their goals, all the brave warriors of Ziyu New Materials have taken firm steps to climb the highest peak of Mount Hengshan, Zhurong, in the hot summer, demonstrating a spirit of courage and fearlessness.

Through this mid year summary meeting and the second quarter group building activity, the work in the first half of the year was well summarized, which increased confidence in achieving smooth production by the end of the year, and clarified the company's future development direction.
