With the arrival of spring, nature comes alive and all things rejuvenate—making it the golden season for health preservation and wellness. To genuinely care for the physical and mental well-being of our employees, promote scientifically grounded spring-time health practices, and help them relieve work-related stress and restore balance to body and mind, the company meticulously organized a Spring Health Lecture on the afternoon of March 24, presenting all staff with a practical “Health Guide.”
This lecture was delivered by Li Li, the “Wellness Expert” from the Administration and Human Resources Department. To create a soothing and healing atmosphere, the venue was filled with the fresh, delicate fragrance of pomelo leaves, while gentle, melodic classical music evoking the tranquil water towns of Jiangnan softly played, allowing attendees to instantly set aside the stresses of work and relax both body and mind. Amid this serene and comfortable ambiance, the Spring Wellness Lecture officially began.

During the lecture, the speaker closely tied the discussion to the unique characteristics of the spring season, covering five key areas: spring’s climatic features and health-preserving principles, seasonal dietary adjustments, daily routines and sleep patterns, exercise and wellness techniques, and prevention of spring-time illnesses. Using clear, accessible language, the speaker shared practical, evidence-based tips for spring-time health maintenance, helping attendees effectively adopt season-appropriate health-care practices.

The interactive hands-on session brought the atmosphere to a fever pitch, as everyone in attendance joined the instructor in practicing the “Eight-Stroke Empty-Hand Health Exercise.” Following the instructor’s rhythm, participants precisely tapped along the meridians and acupoints, using simple, easy-to-learn tapping movements to relieve the physical and mental fatigue caused by prolonged desk work, loosen tight muscles and joints, and immerse themselves in the unique charm of traditional health-preserving culture. The learning environment on site was vibrant and engaging.
